Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after your order is placed.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information, when available.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method selected.

From time to time, Veyro Supply may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable free-shipping offer will be displayed during checkout or as part of the promotion.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information when available.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to become active after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Delivery Issues

If your order appears to be delayed, please check your tracking information first.

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking around your delivery location and with household members or neighbors. You may also contact the shipping carrier directly.

If you still cannot locate your order, please contact us using our "Contact Us" page and include your order number. We'll do our best to help.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made after an order has been processed.
